01Buyer Protection

TCGKingdoms protects buyers when marketplace orders never arrive, arrive damaged, are significantly different than described, are suspected counterfeit, or are incomplete.

Buyers should contact the seller first from the order page so the conversation, photos, tracking details, and proposed resolution stay connected to the transaction.

Sellers are expected to work toward a prompt and reasonable resolution when a buyer reports a legitimate order issue.

02Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, safe fulfillment, and professional issue handling. Clear listings and reliable shipping help prevent disputes before they happen.

Repeated failure to meet marketplace expectations may result in payout review, account restrictions, or removal from selling features.

03Missing Orders

If an estimated delivery date has passed and the order has not arrived, the buyer should contact the seller through the order page.

Missing orders must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Sellers should provide tracking information, a replacement, or a refund when appropriate.

If the seller does not respond within the marketplace timeframe, TCGKingdoms may review the order and intervene.

04Damaged Orders

Buyers should photograph damaged packaging and damaged items as soon as possible. Photos help sellers, carriers, and marketplace support understand what happened.

Depending on the situation, sellers may issue a partial refund, full refund, or replacement shipment.

Sealed products opened by the buyer may not qualify for return unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or materially misrepresented.

05Incorrect Items / Condition Issues

Refunds or replacements may be appropriate when the wrong card, wrong set, wrong version, wrong printing, materially incorrect condition, or missing quantity is confirmed.

Seller resolution options may include a partial refund, full refund, or replacement shipment depending on the issue and available inventory.

06Singles Market Policy

Due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of trading cards, buyers may not return items solely because market prices changed after purchase.

Buyer remorse alone is generally not a valid reason for return. Marketplace volatility is not the seller's responsibility when the order was accurately described and fulfilled correctly.

07Counterfeit Policy

Counterfeit cards are strictly prohibited on TCGKingdoms. Buyers should report suspected counterfeit items promptly through the order page or Help Center.

TCGKingdoms may request photos, return shipment, and additional verification before reaching a decision. Repeated counterfeit complaints may result in seller suspension or removal.

08Tracking Requirements

Tracking expectations are based on order value. Failure to provide required tracking may reduce seller protection in disputes.

09Seller Response Time

Sellers are expected to respond to buyer issues within 2 business days.

If a seller does not respond, the buyer may escalate the issue to TCGKingdoms Support for marketplace review.

10Escalation Process

When an issue cannot be resolved directly, TCGKingdoms may review order records, tracking, photos, messages, listing details, and account history.

TCGKingdoms may issue refunds, restrict seller accounts, or deny abusive or fraudulent claims when evidence supports that decision.

11Abuse & Fraud Protection

Fraudulent buyer claims may result in account restrictions. Sellers who abuse marketplace policies may also face restrictions.

TCGKingdoms reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, including repeated claims, conflicting evidence, false tracking, payment abuse, or coordinated marketplace manipulation.

12Non-Returnable Items

Some orders generally are not returnable when the seller accurately described and fulfilled the listing.

  • Opened sealed products, unless incorrect or damaged
  • Correctly described custom, photo-specific, or as-shown listings
13Marketplace Discretion

TCGKingdoms reserves the right to make final decisions regarding disputes, refunds, seller protections, and buyer claims to maintain marketplace integrity.

Those decisions may consider the order record, listing accuracy, tracking, packaging evidence, user history, payment risk, communication, and the safety of the broader marketplace.

No. Trading card prices can move quickly, and market price changes after purchase are not a valid return reason when the seller accurately described and fulfilled the order.

When is tracking required?

Tracking is recommended for orders over $20, required for orders over $50, and required with signature confirmation for orders over $100.

What happens if a claim looks fraudulent?

TCGKingdoms may review order data, tracking, messages, photos, account history, and payment signals. Fraudulent or abusive claims may be denied and may result in account restrictions.
